ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

• The Department of Visual Auditory Techniques and Media Productions consists of only Printing and Publishing Technologies Program as primary (day) education.

• Total capacity of the program is for 55 students.

• The department has a printing workshop (small offset, digital printing, hood, cover, perforation-pliyaj, wire stitching, etc.), a computer laboratory with 25 Mac, an original printing workshop and a Screen printing workshop, and Pattern Digital photography workshop as the facilities of this department.

• The aim of the program is that training of qualified individuals who had highly manual skills for practical areas of Printing and Publishing business, theoretical and practical knowledge, sufficient for pre-printing, printing preparation, printing process and post-printing, and followed technological developments at this area.

• The graduated students can be employed graphic design departments, public relations, customer relations representative firms, production planning departments, quality departments, R & D (Research and Development) departments, newspapers, agencies, publishing houses , subcontracting (Cutting blades, paper companies, firms ink, solvent-producing companies, molding companies, film companies and companies providing services to help), packaging structural design firms, companies, production departments packaging, label industry, all the departments of public and private institutions. They can also continue to education with the examination (ÖSYM) to News and Media, Photo & Video, Journalism, Visual Communication, Arts and Visual Communication Design and Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, Graphic Arts programs of faculties
