ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

• The department consists of only Agricultural Machinery Program as primary (day) education.

• Total capacity of the program is for 20 students.

• The aim of the program is that training of technician on agricultural machinery who had essential knowledge on agricultural machinery and adequate knowledge and practice on manufacturing, operating, maintenance and repairing of these machineries, to defining and solving the problem related with agricultural mechanization, and followed the developments of this area depends on technology.

• Students who graduate from the program have knowledge and skills about most of the agricultural activities. Program graduates can be employed in the major sectors which are in their own agricultural enterprise, in public institutions, in private sector organizations. These can also continue to education with the examination (ÖSYM) to Agricultural Machinery and Technology Engineering, Biosystem Engineering and Agricultural Construction and Irrigation programs of the faculties.
